- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Crystal Lake Clinic is by far the WORST doctors office I have ever been to! My personal experience is with the one in Interlochen, Michigan because it's the only one that offered a pediatrician, who was still only there part-time. The receptionist was cold, heartless, and flat out rude. They refuse to work with you as far as scheduling. The last time I took in my infant the doctor refused to see him because we were 10 minutes late due to a snow storm!! He was 8 weeks old and just recovering from RSV in which he was hospitalized for. On previous occasions the doctor spent no more than 5 minutes in the room for a quick examination in which he lacked sympathy and concern. The only reason I give this place one star is because the nursing staff was polite and friendly. Needless to say i will not return there and have transferred all records to other places. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone and it should either close or replace it's entire staff.July 13, 2017by Ashley Kolarik
